1. We shall maintain biblical principles and values as absolute standards in dealing with each other, our recruits, and our clients.
2. We shall team up with each other and grow to appreciate each other’s talents and time commitments to more effectively deliver our services.
3. We desire to share in our success with our staff and to do so necessitates they not only will be given the power to take on challenging projects, but also the opportunity to share in the growth of the company.
4. We will have an intense commitment to stay in weekly contact with each and every client we represent.
5. We will have an intense desire to fulfill all promises made.
6. We will endeavor to have no company debt.
Servicing
1. We will pursue an operating reputation of “excellence with integrity” in all of our dealings.
2. We will not exhibit in thought, word or deed disrespect or dishonesty towards our clients. We shall maintain the attorney/client privilege with information we have about our clients, unless we are clearly freed from such obligation.
3. The first staff member to hear of a problem should “own” the problem and make sure it gets solved. Then communicate the resolution to our overall group so we can handle it in a more logical manner in the future.
